Fun to workout
SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK.


It’s a high-intensity, full-body, 45-minute workout that combines interval training, squats, lunges, plyometrics, and pilates with drumming — lots of drumming — with sticks that are heavier than average drumsticks.
