11th Annual Tyngsborough Festival of Trees
Thursday, November 28th - Sunday, December 1st


Celebrate the season by visiting a country town whose energy and spirit captures the holidays with true New England charm. The Tyngsborough Festival of Trees is a community celebration featuring a spectacular display of uniquely decorated holiday trees and seasonable displays set in Tyngsborough's historic "Old Town Hall" built in 1834! Open free to the public, Thursday - Sunday, November 28 - December 1, 2019, you will delight in the live holiday entertainment, workshops and events. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase your chance to win any one of these beautiful trees plus over 100 other raffle items generously donated by local businesses and families.

Our NEW “Ice House” will feature a Friday Night (21+) beer and wine tasting with live music and appetizers. Saturday’s Street Fair, a family-friendly outdoor festival, will include children’s winter carnival games and crafts, hot food selections, entertainment, and local vendors for holiday shopping. At dusk, Tyngsborough Common will light up the night as we welcome the arrival of the man in the red suit. * (Note: This is a cash-only event, no cc processing.)

Tyngsborough's Festival of Trees is a benefit event which provides funding for the many youth programs supported by the Tyngsborough Recreation Committee.

"New" Itsy Bitsy Tree Category! (12" & 24" or less)

For trees 12" & 24" or less - Perfect for single resident entries, children's entry, neighborhood or community group! Enter a mini tree into our new category. They will be judged separately from other entries. A great way to get your family into the spirit and be involved in the seasonal event. Join us today and get your entry registered.

Requirements
Props and Staging
  • All items under and around the tree will be raffled with the tree.

Additional Information
Decorating Hints
  • Children themed and playful items are loved!
  • Be mindful that the trees are seen from all angles, including the back - be sure to decorate all sides of the tree
  • Be considerate of neighboring trees when selecting your staging.

Judging
Itsy Bitsy Trees are judged for First Place, Second Place, and Third Place.
