Thank you for your interest to participate in the Tyngsborough Fesitval of Trees. Here, you can register as a vendor, donor, or tree participant. When registering, be sure to continue all-the-way thru the payment portal (regardless if you have a balance, or not). You will receive an instant email confirmation upon successful completion.



Tyngsborough Festival of TreesTyngsborough's Festival of Trees is a benefit event
providing funding for the many youth programs
supported by the Tyngsborough Recreation Committee.



Interested in adding your tree to the Festival? All trees are donated by individuals, businesses, groups, or community organizations. Tree's will need a creative "Title" to identify it's theme (ie: Winter Wonderland, Best School Vacation, Sand & Sun, etc.) and the decorations should carry out this theme, including items under the tree, such as a tree skirt, gifts, floor decorations, etc.. Trees can be completely decorated and set-up by the donor, OR, if you need some inspiration, for an additional donation, our creative elves can decorate a beautiful tree on your behalf. At the end of the event, the ENTIRE display will be raffled to a lucky guest! Trees will also be judged and ribbons will be awarded. Register below to reserve your space.

Itsy Bitsy Tree CategoryTyngsborough Festival of Trees
A tree 24" or less is a perfect entry for a child, neighborhood or community group! Also, a great way to get your family into the spirit and be involved in this seasonal event. This category will be judged separately from other entries for first, second, and third place positions. 
                                  
Additional Information Decorating Hints: 
-Children themed and playful items are loved!
-Be mindful that the trees are seen from all angles, including the back - be sure to decorate all sides of the tree
-Be considerate of neighboring trees when selecting your staging.

Wreath and Wall Decorations
Include your homemade holiday wall or door design to Festival by registering below. All displays will be shown, with the designer's name, and will be part of the event raffle.

Raffle Donations
A popular part of the Tyngsborough Festival of TreesTyngsborough Festival of Trees is the huge raffle display. In the past, we've accepted service items, vacation trips, sports tickets, concert tickets, products, bicycles, crafts, gift certificates, and much more. Have an item to promote your business or simply donate to support the event? Please register below to reserve your spot. All raffle stations will include a display sign and designated ticket container. Raffle winners will be chosen by Sunday, December 5th. Donate an Item

Holiday Boutique Vendors
If you are looking for a great event to get exposure for your business, showcase your favorite items to sell in a designated Holiday Boutique area at the Tyngsborough Festival of Trees.The Festival of Trees Boutique is a great way to grow your craft business by displaying your wares in-front of hundreds of people over our 4 day event. A consignment agreement will be provided and a completed W-9 tax form is needed for each vendor. Register below to reserve your space.Consign your wares
